As my background is in Financial Services, my specialist area of training (and mentoring) is in sales skills. Since working with SME’s and Business managers, I have found the weakest area is often in selling and asking for business. The one area I start working with new business owners is in selling, (or as I think of it – “helping a customer buy what you are selling”) as a foundation for business success. After all if you can successfully sell your product or service, then everything else skills-wise becomes much easier?
