Your commitment to me
The major part of the contract with me as your coach is identifying your goals/what you want to do/have/be and then both of us designing your personal contract to achieve those outcomes.
First Action
Identify the areas of your life that are important to you currently

Then having identified at least 5 segments, give each a "health check" on a scale of 1 - 10, (where 10 = very satisfied and 0 = not satisfied at all)
Second Action
Identify at least 2-3 areas which would be your primary focus for improvement. Which area calls out for immediate improvement and action ?
Third Action
What do I want to be/have/want?
Think about what these are and I will help you work out which are the most important for you and your life and how you can achieve them.
Fourth Action
Be committed to taking responsibility for your goals/outcomes and being aware of your choices.
Fifth Action
Ring to book for your first coaching session and discuss your personal coaching contract to take your life to the next level.

- to raise the stakes just when you thought you were close to the finish line.
- to challenge you and set you goal-setting tasks.
- to be curious and ask lots of how, what and when questions.
- to listen to you 100%.
- to never judge or criticise you.
- to interrupt you, if I hear an excuse.
- to give you all my support, assistance, love and encouragement in fulfilling your goals and outcomes as we have agreed in "taking your life to the next level".
