A question?
Do you lack the motivation or "follow through" to reach your goals? Perhaps you haven’t any goals? On the other hand, maybe you get frustrated by setbacks, which you feel are not always be in your control, and you sense that you are not enjoying life as much as you should be. Or perhaps, you want to make a specific personal or professional change and just lack the courage to do it?
If so, it's time you discovered the benefits of personal life coaching. Together we can discover where you are and where you want to be and then close the gap. If you are unhappy with a particular aspect of your life, whether that is in your relationships, your career, your health and wellbeing, or just a feeling that you could be a lot happier, but are not sure what it is that is going to raise the bar to the next level, I believe that I can help you.
As a coach my goal is to work with you to help you reach your goals - whatever they may be. Imagine what you could achieve if you had someone who is 100% committed to your success and who was there encouraging and spurring you on every week. Someone who is like a friend, but someone who won't be jealous of your ambition or successes nor has their own agenda.
What is coaching?
A definition of Coaching; Coaching is…"a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve.” Eric Parsloe
Coaching is a process for helping people improve, develop, learn new skills, experience personal success, achieve aims, and manage change and personal challenges. Life coaching is an effective process for all situations, both personal and professional. Coaching is different to traditional training. Coaching draws out rather than puts in. It develops rather than imposes. It reflects rather than directs. Effective coaching is a form of change facilitation - it enables people, rather than trains them. Coaching is reactive and flexible - it allows for personal transition on an individual basis. Coaching makes no assumptions - it's not judgemental, nor is it prescriptive or instructional. Empathy is key to the coaching process.
